You need to help yourself, keep reminding yourself that these moments are only temporary, they will pass. Try to direct your thoughts to some happy moments in your life or happy movie that you have seen, the panic will stop. Do not drink caffeine, avoid the news and listen to a soft music. Wishing you to feel better soon. Have faith and say a prayer. God bless you.

First of all take a deep breath and know that you are who you are. Remember you are not alone in this at all. Your advantage here is you have support. I have to tell you there I times when I just want to toss in the towel and call it a life where anything and everything I do is wrong. Well it's not. We find our selves trapped on a roller coaster with our grip on the handlebar so tight, Afraid to do anything in fear of doing the worng thing. If everyone always did the right thing then we would still be living in caves and wearing bearskins. To think, no facebook games. Anxiety is common when we have doubts about what we are about to do. Naturally we all want to do the best but the fact is we all don't all the time. We are human and humans make judgements that may not always be looked upon as a good thing. Don't worry, People are forgiving in those cases and more often than not accepting the action. I accept you for who and what you are. I (we) do not want to change what is already a wonderful loving human being.
